Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, warranty cards, and spare links are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Workshop

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
